A sampling of our four varieties of moss, this set includes:
Case containing five (5) square feet of Hypnum moss.
This product includes basic instructions on hypnum / fern moss transplantation.
Just mix with water (or beer!) – it will stick to most anything, including bare soil, stone, blank moss Mats and weathered concrete
Hypnum moss is ground dry and then blended with a proprietary mixture of growth stimulants including powdered buttermilk, along with water retention gel and then packaged in an air-tight half gallon milk carton. Coverage rate is typically 10 square feet or more. Alternatively the mix can be sprinkled about dry and then watered in. Indefinite shelf life.

This version of of milkshake contains preground fragmants of moss species that prefer shade but with adaquat moisture can thrive in part of full sun. Ideal for in between patio stones. Coverage rate is typically 15 square feet or more. Alternatively the mix can be sprinkled about dry and then watered in. Indefinite shelf life.
Each terrarium kit includes three varieties of moss well suited for terrariums, and totaling one square foot (12″ x 12″). For larger terrariums, simply order additional kits, or one of our moss sampler sets. If you have any extra moss, simply plant it outside!
